Our Cancellation Policy
Booking Cancellation Policy
When you make a booking with us the following cancellation policy will apply:
| 1. | Fee: | All cancellations incur a $50 administration fee. |
| 2. | Time: | Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, incur a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the booking value. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, incur a cancellation fee equal to the full booking value. |
| 3. | Other: | If guests leave prior to their booked departure date, full payment of the total booking is required. |
| 4. | Covid Cancellation Policy: | There is no cancellation fee if booking is cancelled by covid lockdown, if we are in level 2 and you can travel then normal policy applies. |
