				Comfortable and roomy apartments with beach views Great place to spend a few days beside the beach at Mt Maunganui. And I got to run to the Mount and back each morning followed by a swim. 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, BBQ, pool and underground parking. Very comfortable. We cooked our own breakfasts and dinners here as well so that made our budget go further.

				2 day stay - 3 bdrm apartment The Reef Had a lovely 2 night stay with children and grandparents. Plenty of room for everyone. Great having two bathrooms. Cooked in - great kitchen layout. Loved the pool and spa (although the salt water was hard on eyes - recommend goggles if swimming for a while). Would happily stay again.

				Watch the flaming sun rise up over the Pacific ocean. Most secluded affordable opulent pacific ocean view stay in New Zealand. Just a magical experience. Full amenities, spa, quality chattels, and easy access to restaurants, bars and leisure. Kind, professional and helpful management. Secure parking.

				Amazing views to wake up to can see for miles, nice spacious rooms, comfortable beds & good pillows, everything you need available. 😀 relaxing 😌 good wheelchair accessibility, the pool was awesome for the children, would definitely stay again.

				This apartment faces Tay Street Beach which is really nice. There’re good eateries nearby like the Tay Street Beach Kitchen. The room is big and comfortable and clean too.

				Modern, Clean, Quiet The room was spacious, clean, modern, quiet and warm. We went in winter so the heat pump was a blessing although there was an oil heater in the wardrobe as a spare, we didn't need it. Bedding was fresh and clean duvets and so easy to make.

				Great accommodation Stayed here for a week on business. Fantastic accommodation with very pleasant owners. Certainly stay there again. Apartments are not serviced for duration of stay which means you have that feel of stay at home freedom without having to worry about cleaners going through the place. Right on the waterfront with easy walking distance to The Mount Township

				Brilliant Could not have asked for a better equipped apartment or better location. Had slight issue with noisey faulty extractor fan but the site manager was onto it and it was resolved quicksmart. Definitely go back.

				Beautiful spacious and light filled room We had a beautiful spacious and clean apartment and really enjoyed the lovely pool and spa. It is just a walk across the road to the beach but about 30 mins into town. It is very quiet and tucked away in a suburban neighborhood and seems a long way from the horrible industrial port you go through to enter Mt Maunganui.

				Family of four Great place to return for another stay. Friendly hosts. Large modern and tidy rooms. The large spa pool, set in a beautiful garden makes it good for adults and children alike. Unlimited wifi is really appreciated.

				Ideal location Had Rm 406, nice aspect, view of sea. Apt was spacious, clean and well equipped, nice distance from busy area of Mount, and beach across road was much sandier and water clearer than main Mt beach. Great spot.

				Very supporting and accommodating of our needs. We had our leadership team gather for a two-day retreat and workshop. The apartments made a great relaxed and roomy environment for conversations and planning. Would definitely use them again.

				Another great family break at The Reef Apartments Another fabulous holiday at the Reef Apartments in Mount Maunganui, with wonderful hosts Murray and Lyn. The kids love being able to swim in the pool in the middle of Winter, great that it's kept so warm.

				Fantastic managers! A big thank you to Lyn & Murray. They told us they had only been the managers for two weeks, so they were still getting to grips with things. We only stayed one night but the impression they left on us was very positive. We will be booking here again. Thank you for the wonderful stay

				Top quality apartments great place to stay - spacious and well-appointed apartment close to the beach, plus a swimming pool and hot pool - what's not to like?! Everyone is very friendly and helpful - I would definitely recommend.

				Lovely place to stay We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. Our 2 bedroom apartment was larger than expected and was very clean and well presented. Location was about 2 km from the main restaurant area in the mount. Overall it felt like home from home A nice peaceful base for our 2 days in the mount.

				Lovely relaxing holiday One night was not enough! Recently had a lovely relaxing 24 hours, and really enjoyed the pool facilities. The soak pool is as hot as a spa, and a great place to unwind and check out the stars. Right across the road from the beach. Wonderful!
